Been going here for quite a while now they have awesome deals on cds, dvds, game systems just like any Disc Replay would have. BUT If you plan to go to any Disc Replay go to the one in Joliet by Theodore/Larkin.. Its soo much better I started to go there the employees are nice and actually make you feel welcome unlike the one in Orland.. Every time I go to the one in Joliet I come out satisfied... I recently stop going to Disc Replay in Orland because the employees are rude, they criticize people/make fun of them, and basically they treat their customers like shit. The Disc Replay in Orland is Garbage please take my advice and go to the one in Joliet or any other Disc Replay near you besides this one. (AVOID THE ONE IN ORLAND)

I shopped at disc replay every week dishing out hundreds of dollars each visit. think that would earn u some kinda credit perhaps not i went in one day with my wife she wanted a sega genises and some games walk to the counter with about ten games and about 15 movies waited and waited and waited there were 5 people working and this big fat guy with alot of facial hair repeatedly looked at us so i got pissed threw the stuff behind the counter saying "Now you lazy asses have some work to do" and walked out

I have gone to this store for over 10years and for the most part it has been fair and it does have a lot of DVD's for a decent price.Yet,In the last year the staff is far more obnoxious and rude & don't offer much on trade in's like they used to. They play the music way too loud and half the time they seem high as a kite and far too self involved to even attempt to service a customer.I had an $8 store credit and had the receipt for it and they said it wasn't in their computer and would not honor it even though it was only a month old. Don't try returning anything, they now give you a huge hassle about that, if it doesn't work your out of luck.I'm now going to use Ebay instead of giving these jerks my money. I can get more money too using Ebay selling my stuff than going to them and getting just a $1. So Long Disk Replay, you lost another customer and are bound to lose more if you don't change some of the things your doing wrong.

Very poor. I had purchased a DVD from this store. It did not play right on my DVD player. I tried to return it, and was hassled by the store clerks (which looked to be under the influence of some type of substance.) They told me it was my DVD player, which, I then read the receipt to the person saying I would take store credit. I got my store credit, but know when or if I will even bother using it. I hope that all three of the people working at this place get strung up by there feet, and hang until they die.

I recently visited the Disc Replay in Orland Park and I was looking for a CD by my favorite artist Clay Aiken. I was unable to locate this CD so I approached the counter and was informed that they would not carry anything by that artist, and went on snickering about. I found this rude to myself as well as to Mr. Aiken. I believe that a good music store should be open to carrying a selection of music based on what the customer is looking for not the taste of the workers. I will never shop at that dump again. It also smells like mold. Peeeeee-u, stinky

This store is the greatest, everyone is really nice, epsecially that one guy who's been there the longest. I forgot his name, but all I know is that my ex-girlfriend broke up with me because she couldn't get enough of this dude. Great store, not only do they take your cd's and dvd's, look out, they might steal your date!

I have always come here for my used games/dvd's needs and have never had a problem all the sales people are extremely helpful, nice and I love talking to the one female that works the majority she's such a sweetheart whenever me and my boyfriend come in.

While I can say they don't always buy the stuff you want to trade in, it's mostly because it doesn't sell well or they have too much in stock which is understandable, as if I were running a business I'd think the same thing.
