Excellent food, friendly atmosphere, great prices and fabulous service. Note that this is the sister restaurant to Jewel of Siam a few miles down the road on 159th street, one of my favorite restaurants going on five years now!

I have only had takeout fare here. The chicken pad thai is very good. The eggrolls are yummy, though I dislike the inclusion of cilantro in the seasonings. Overall, a good bet for tasty Thai.

Bangkok Thai has wonderful, intimate atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and inviting. The food was decent, but I have had better. The thai iced teas were very watery. I ordered cashew chicken, but the pineapples were missing. When I pointed it out to the waiter, they recooked it with pineapple right away and brought us complimentary extra thai iced teas, which was very nice. The portions were good and the food was fairly tasty. I may try Thai Smile on Harlem next time.
