The small campus feel not only is scenic, but advantageous for the student in multiple ways. Smaller class sizes allow better student-teacher relationships where you receive more attention and better opportunities to learn. The people at Elmhurst College are all very warm, welcoming, and friendly individuals.

Many different student clubs and organizations to fit whatever interest you may have are offered on campus as well. Personally, I have taken part of the theater department as well as joined the Greek Life with a fraternity (Alpha Sigma Phi).

The location of Elmhurst College is also very convenient--it is in the middle of a suburban town for easy commutes as well as not too far from downtown Chicago.

As a double major in secondary education and mathematics, I feel the curriculum offered is very challenging but never overwhelming. Also, as a freshman, I do not hesitate to say I look forward to my remaining years at Elmhurst College.
