A bit out of the way, but way worth the drive. We went for the Kobe burgers and all three of us gave them a big thumbs up. It's the sides that are especially awesome. We tasted the fries, tempura green beans and man 'n cheese and all were exceptional. The smashed sweet potatoes with my burger were the best I've ever tasted. The rest of the menu read well and prices are very reasonable. The upcoming outdoor patio looks to be very cool, too.

Really well done upscale take on simple southern cuisine. Tried the bacon-wrapped dates, the beet salad, the grilled pork chop and the fried chicken. All were very well prepared, nicely seasoned and well-balanced. The sides were somewhat unique, but all delicious.

if this restaurant is anything like the owner's other endeavors this is going to be a fantastic place to take a date, a client, a friend, have a drink and some good food. can't wait for june...
