I went to Feast about 2 weeks ago (July26). The server was mean, the food was not that good for the price we paid, and it took forever to get a table. But that is not why I am writing, I never write reviews this is the real reason:
A week after going there I see that my credit card was charged twice in the same day. I call and the manager although nice said that this happens every month, "EVERY MONTH!?" I asked. Are they doing this on purpose? Probably not but if its an issue that has been around for a while, why haven't they done anything about it. As a customer loyalty analyst and consultant I told her this issue should be resolved now or some might think they are doing this in bad faith and might lose some customers, regardless they lost me.

The patio is great! I loved the special mayonnaise that came with my sandwich. Food, service, atmosphere, and drinks were all outstanding. If I'm in Chicago again, I'll definitely go back again!

Service was very slow, but the food was delish. I had the lemon-rosemary chicken skewers w/ greek salad, hummus, and pita bread. Filling, yummy, and reasonably priced lunch.

The First Annual Bucktown Holiday Party was held in December 2002 with over 200 party goers--a smashing success--good food and drinks by Feast. The event returns December 2, 2004 from 6-9 p.m. hosted by the Bucktown Community Organization. See the BCO web site for information. Everyone welcome.
