I saw david bromberg with his quartet in rochester, ny last nite, 10/22/05. I have been a bromberg fan for 30 years having seen him in concert over 15 times in syracuse, ny and the surrounding area.
I was blown away with his concert. He, and his band is tighter than I remember. His vocals are better too than I remember and the show itself seemed well choreographed. When someone from the audience shouted out a request during a quiet moment, he said, " you may know what you like, but you dont know shit about putting a set together" The audience roard as they did displaying their approval for david and his band.
Awesome show.
