I was in Chicago for the SHRM convention in June, our group took the L to Geppettos... the food was fantastic as was the whole experience of the great public transportaion. We had the Chicken artichoke pizza and several appetizers. Didn't have any problems with the staff.

Terrible waitstaff. If you do not want to waste your time and would like to be treated like any paying customer should, you are better off going somewhere else.

Geppetto's is owned by the Cosmano family. Being proud of your business is a good thing, but it does suggest some bias.

Dependably delicious. Great ceasar salad. Awesome thin crust, wheat crust available too.
