The Berk staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. They have amazing things throughout and for me it was like a walk through time. I would suggest anyone going to Chicago stop at this memorable store!

Pretty knowledgeable staff. There is an air of arrogancy in the air that you have to fight to ignore that is unpleasant.
I dealt with them on bullion and the gold bullion is a 25 dollar fee to buy and only a 5 dollar fee to sell them gold. Guess which side of the fence you should be on?
One of the staff was really unpleasant but I see from their website he is their CFO so now it makes sense he doesn't know how to deal with the public. They should keep him with the books and not the public until he has had some training at least.
