I went here for a bachelorette party last night, and I was not impressed.
I don't appreciate the lady bartenders nagging for tips. I paid $30 to get in the place only to be served watered-down drinks. Why should I give tips if they're going to call us "btches"? Maybe if they would lower the admission price or put more liquor in the drinks, then I'd be able to give tips. Did you think maybe some people like to give one big tip at the end of the night? Well, you're not getting anything with that attitude. I have a mortgage to pay, sweethearts, so your overpriced $30 fee is all you get!
If I wanted to be berated, I would have gone to Ed Debevic's. You want singles? - Go find a job dancing on a pole, btches!

I took my cousin to Hogs and Honeys for her bachelorette party and it was horrible!! The bar was filthy, covered in alcohol, and the staff was rude! The girls that worked the bar were trashy and rude to their customers. They invite girls to dance on the bar, and then yell at them to get off. The black guy running the mechanical bull was a complete jerk and purposefully being rude to girls on the bull because he obviously hated his job. The people that work there have microphones and several times they made announcements complaining about the amount of tips they were getting!! Are you kidding me? To top it off, my cousin and I were almost trampled by a fight outside of the door while we were waiting for the valet. I would never go back to this place and would never suggest it to anyone else. Totally trashy.

I went there on a Friday in May with my girlfriend. In the morning she received a call from her credit card company about possible fraudulent purchases in the middle of the night; a Jewel, a few gas stations, a Walgreens. It turns out she forgot to close out her tab at the bar, and apparently someone stole her credit card and ran around in the middle of the night making purchases. Luckily the credit card company's insurance covered it and she did not have to pay.
Until last week I thought that her incident was just bad luck, but I was shocked to find out the exact same thing happened to my coworker. We looked up his bill online, and the thief or thieves even went to the same gas stations and Jewel!
The good news is its identity theft so he won't have to pay, but it is a hassle to deal with it.
All in all, the place is ok for a drink or two, but make sure you pay for it with cash!

Went here last week and it was the BEST time I've had in months!
The bull is SOO sexy and the bartenders rock.
My bachelor's party is coming up and I'm pushing my friends to book it at Hogs

Great bar especially during the weekday, when there is not as much to do as there is during the weekends
dirt CHEAP drinks, the bartenders are entertaining, love the bull (and all the girls riding them)...very sexy
music is awesome too, since it's different and not the same sh*t you hear everywhere
overall, great experience!

SOOO much fun! It's in the middle of the Weed Stree district, so we just made our way around places like Sangria, Republic and ended up here where we had Soo much fun riding the bull and just dancing.
Saw a lot of bachellorette parties going on and it looked like they were all having a BLAST, so i'm guessing it's a good place for these kind of parties...DEFintely coming back here!

WORST NIGHT EVER! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I have been to several of the clubs in the area and always had a great time - Crowbar and Circus. And I work in Streeterville and frequent the bars there as well like Timothy O'Tooles and its always great! But this was the worst experience I have ever had! The bathrooms were disgusting and dirty and out of order at 9pm when the doors opened! The drinks were watered down and the staff was incredibly rude to our whole party! I got to ride the mechanical-bull before it broke and the guy snapped at me telling me not to touch him when I was trying to get on. Then the mechanical-bull broke when the bride-to-be was on it and wasn’t fixed while we were there! They promised a photo and t-shirt for the bride and they didn’t make good on that either! But after the horrible time we had – we decided to leave with almost 2 more hours left on our party package! I would rate this place a negative 5……

The only reason that we went to Hogs and Honeys was for the bull for my friends bachelorette party and guess what-the bull broke! The bathrooms were broke, dirty (isn't even the word), no tp and we had the party package for drinks from 9-12. Couldn't even get drinks. We had to leave at 10:30 if we were going to salvage this night. Short story-DO NOT EVER GO TO HOGS AND HONEYS-WASTE OF MONEY AND HUGE WASTE OF TIME! The bar was dirty, small and unprepared for any time of business when it came to its staff.

I have to say this, I work in the bar business and I have been to this bar more that a couple of times and what I witnessed was completely uncalled for. I watched a bachelorette party completely lay into the door girl for absolutely no reason at all and made disrespectful comments to her. Later on that night I notice how hard the Bull operator and how hard he was working and dealing with these unruly people wanting to ride the bull. I watched a bridesmaid completely treat him in a way that I know she would expect not to be treated. I watched, as a bride got mad got mad at him because he wouldn’t let her on the Bull because she was too DRUNK. Hello! You’re too DRUNK! The abuse he had to go through sometimes was amazing. And, yet he still kept smiling and kept going. People need to understand that we may work at a bar at night and for some of us this is a second job and that we are people to, and demand to be treated with respect, as they do. Not to be walked all over.
