I bought a video (from Ken's) through amazon.com. It did not work, I asked Ken's, they told me to send it COD, and they would fix it. Well, I send paid postage, as I feel it wouild be fair to split postage 50/50 (they would pay the return. They fixed the CD perfectly, sent it backl, and sent me US$4.00, "as they had said they would pay postage..." This was a statement in honesty not seen nowadays. Now guess to whom I will go when I want to purchase videos? Ken's, of course!

I've been going to Ken's ever since I was like, 10 years old. The great selection of old movies on vhs are all a buck for 5 days. The dvd section is growing quite rapidly, and I sometimes wonder how the store manages to hold such a massive growing library.
And of course, there's the backroom, which has an extensive collection of adult videos and dvds, all of which are for sale, which is nice if you want to be a bit more discreet than going to an adult only store.
Now I'm 19, and recently got a job at Kens. I liked the establishment so much that I went ahead and applied. Like the previous review said, the management is very friendly and will do almost anything to accomodate your needs.
Oh, and the best thing about Ken's is, without a doubt, dollar tuesdays. All movies, even new releases, are only a buck! The only catch is that they are due by 7 pm the next day. Still, not a bad trade in my honest opinion!
For great deals and good selection, try Kens! They don't make you use a card or anything! All you need to bring after joining is a photo ID and your phone number!
As a customer of 9 years, and a recent employee, I can honestly say that Kens is a great place!

This is our main video store. We like the free kid's rental with a full price movie, and the large number of movies available for $1 for three days.
They have a remarkably low staff turnover for a video store--there are several employees who have been around for a couple years. Management seems to treat their people well.
