The Belzekas Museum was wonderful. I am first generation American, my parents, now gone, didn't speak about the "old" country, so glad they were to be here. But I have always been curious. The Belzekas Museum answer a few of my questions. Great. I'll be back!

The Museum is w o n d e r f u l!! But so is the Country. I am second generation 1005 pure Lithuanian & canNOT believe what Lithuania has accomplished since the War days. Never once asking the United Nations or USA for any assistance (unlike Poland which begs from everyone & constantly whines!) to gain their independence from Russian slavery. Untold hardships which SHOULD be written about &/or reported on film as to the strong families in Lithuania during the last 40 years...suffered without assistance from any European Nation! How superb is the Lithuanian! Strong, faithful & cultural aware of every moment of their lives... Dorothee (stuck in Sarasota, FL)

Does the Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture still exist? If so, how can I contact someone there? Many thanks!
