This is a great place. I've eaten here 30+ times and only have had a few mediocre meals. Consistently very good in food with average to above average service. The Munch a bunch is a great deal, offering you a chance to try as many items as you can eat (with a few exceptions). Try the salmon cakes (the best!).

Even if I wasn't an Asian food snob, especially when it comes to "Asian fusion," Lulu's is an overpriced, worse-than-mediocre ripoff of a restaurant, at the very bottom of the scale. I ordered Hong Kong-style garlic beef, and my two friends ordered the "daily special" pork with spicy Szechuan sauce and Korean chap-chae. All three dishes had exactly the same sticky-sweet sauce, same flavor, and all were awful. What is it with bad restaurants -- when in doubt, just make it sweet? I can't remember the last time I felt compelled to stop eating barely half-way into the plate. I only ate it because I was hungry and I paid almost $10 for it. Fine, to be fair, there were two pluses: the decor/ambience is clean/nice, and the veggies were cooked well, meaning not overcooked. But honestly, my stomach blew up to about three times its size, and I had to stop by the drug store on the way back. Very disappointing.
