Northbrook location best pizza and super customer service. after moving out of Chicago and visiting on vacation from Phoenix az. best pizza and wings I've had in many many years. Thank you

After many years of making reservations and holding family reunions at the Northbrook Barnaby's our families will not be returning because of our last expeirence with the manager who was rude and insulting beyond words. We love Barnaby's for the pizza but can get both great pizza and friendly service at the Des Plaines and Arlington Hts. locations.

Horrible! In my 51 years of life I don't think I've ever seen such complete and total disrespect given towards customers in a restaurant. It was bad enough that the pizza was overbaked and required water to wash it down but even worse that the big-man-in-charge was vocal about not liking giving away water! I tried being polite and apologizing for asking for more water, never once complained about the food (even though we felt raped by paying $16 for an awful pizza) and then was told by the "man" that I was NOT sorry for asking for more water. Hopefully, behavior like this for a service-oriented business will show itself in the end.

I had no idea that there were still other Barnaby's restaurants. There used to be one on Diversey near Sheridan, and one on Ogden near Belmont in Downers Grove. The only two I knew about is Arlington Heights, and Schamburg on Golf Road. Agree with other customers. Tried the one in Arlington Heights a couple of times, and it's not very good. The one in Schamburg though is outstanding. I took my wife there, she hadn't been to one since the Downers one closed. At least 15 years. She fell in love all over again with the pizza and me.

I grew up in Northbrook and now live in Chicago. I still make the drive for their pizza. It's the best thin crust anywhere. The corn crust is tasty and very thin. This place is still tops!

Des Plaines has homemade giardinara and I believe its the only location with the original pizza crust recipe.

My husband and I used to go to a Barnaby's in Wisconsin in '78 when we were dating. They have all closed here, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the one in Arlington Heights. Same great pizza and I believe they were playing the same music!

I have ben eating at the Barnab's in Niles, my whole life. My family has been eating there even longer. I have always loved the Pizza and atmoshphere. However, recently, I have been very dissapointed. The current owner has very little respect for his customers. I will not be dining there ever again. It is very unfortuneate that he is destroying a wonderful instutiution here in our community. I will miss going there, but there are other great places to go watch a cubs game and have some food in the area.
