By far one of the best deep dish pizzas in Chicago. I dare to say better than most institutions in the city. So full of flavor and filling. When I lived in Pilsen I would dirve all the way up there just to get there pizza.

We've lived in Rogers Park for 6 years. Every time we would drive down Broadway we would see Barry's Spot. Finally, we to the opportunity to order. We read through all the reviews online, felt confident this would be a good experience. We ordered delivery, one large pizza, estimated delivery time 45 to 60 minutes. 1 hour 45 minutes later the delivery person showed up. Apparently he said they delivered the pizza to the wrong address, cooked another, and when he went to pick-up someone was eating, so they cooked another..."Sorry, at least your pizza's hot." I called Barry's spot, and they said, "Sorry, at least you're pizza's hot. We'll give you 5 dollars off on your next order." WOW! Let me give everyone reading this review, thinking about ordering from Barry's Spot, some advice...Order from Tedino's. They are at 5335 North Sheridan, their phone number is: 773.275.8100.

Barry's is an Edgewater institution, although the original Barry has long retired. I love their rib tips and barbecued chicken. You can buy any part of the chicken and they fry it before putting on the barbecue sauce.

I ordered delivery from the Broadway location. It came pretty fast, but that was the only good thing. The cheese tastes strange and salty, and there was way way too much on my thin crust.

Excellent pizza in Edgewater area. Coming from a picky pizza person this is good pizza!
