At Merle's slo smoke is the key if you know your ribs, this is the place to go. Expect to pay NORTHSHORE prices, but also expect the best in BBQ. TO MERLE'S OWNERS: Bring back the "TOMBSTONE POTATO" YOUR WERE NUTS TO TAKE THEM AWAY FROM THE MENUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

MMMMMMMMMM!!!! Yummy ribs! I lub me to eatin sum ribs! I still have sauz on my cheek! I like to rub my nose in the sauz and try to lick it off in the bathroom. mmmmmmm!!!

My visit to Merele's #1 Barbecue was exceptional. The babyback ribs were by far the best my family has ever come by. The service was friendly and attentive. Merle's is a definite win with barbecue.
