"The guys that own this store are only interested in making a fast sale, not customer service or honesty. I purchased a Cervelo P3 with full Shimano Durace 7800 componentry except for a FSA Crank set. Problem is, FSA makes crank sets which are compatible with both Shimano and Campy. The difference between the two is the spacing between the sprockets. These guys installed the Campy compatible crank set with my Shimano componentry making it impossible to keep the chain centered on the cogs. This results the chain rubbing, slipping and sometime getting caught between the sprockets. I verified this with FSA before seeking a remedy at Mission Bay. When I did, they said there was only one FSA Crank Set and it was designed to work with both Shimano and Campy and refused to replace. I took my bike to another shop which immediately acknowledged the Shimano/Campy difference and swapped out my FSA Campy for the FSA/Shimano.
My recommendation? Don't trust this store. There are many other reliable bike shops. Go to one of them."

These guys are less then they appear. They appear knowledgeable and can talk a good game. However, they are careless and sloppy. You can spend thousands for a good bike but, despite their computerized fitting system, they don't take the time (or care enough to) get you properly fit. You can see their carelessness in many ways, as, for instance, the store itself, which is always dirty. There are a lot of hi-end shop in Chicago. Your money is better spent in one of them.
