on friday last, we (7) adults arrived at 11am. there was a group of about 15-20 people waiting to be seated. we waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes, and no one approached us to inform us a a delay, or for how long. we only have alimited time for lunch, and utilize your restaurant two to three times a month. This service is unacceptable, and should be corrected. It's up to you to make the necessary corrections.
