Bad service can tear any "evening on the town" to shreds.
All four of us felt neglected and very annoyed about the lack of smooth service. Too much time passed between, for instance, requesting another bottle of wine (20 minutes, to be precise). My husband ended up pouring the wine for us when our glasses were empty.
What should have been a joyous occasion turned into an evening of total annoyance. In order not to make our evening worse, we decided against speaking to the manager, but instead write him/her a letter to state our total disappointment.
We decided against ordering desert, because we were DONE. When we told Kenny and "his team" that we were leaving he failed to ask if there was a problem. (even though we had informed one of the "team'members" earlier of our displeasure)
Yes, the food was fine, the restaurant has great atmosphere, but our evening was ruined by the neglect of the servers. We will not dine there again.
