I have been blown away by the caliber of work coming out of Pegasus in the last few years. With their continuing dedication to creating a dialogue about difficult issues as well as really being albe to hit comedy right on ( Broadway Bound was astounding!) I think this is a theatre company to really keep your eye on. Plus, with the steady gentrification of Uptown ( which I don't agree with necessarily, but it is absolutely happening....) Uptown isn't the neighborhood it was five years ago. There is magnificent upscale dining in the area (Magnolia, Anna Maria Pasteria...) and great after-theatre bars (The Green Mill, Crew, Driftwood). If you haven't been to Pegasus in awhile -- or have never been -- I encourage you to take a look. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!
