Boston location
Came in last night with a group of people, ordered a bunch of appetizers, entrees, desert.....
Had the bone in strip.I believe it was 47.00. let me say that I buy steaks at Sudbury Farms supermarket as good as these, and I cook them better. had to saw through it. very, very disapointing. Oysters were, altough on a bed of ice, luke warm and tasteless. veggies.......Are you using green giant brand?
Had to run down the waiter to get a desert menu, then run him down again to see where the desert we ordered was..Not right for a "quality" steakhouse.
Sorry to say I wont be back.

Eat at RC in King of Prussia and everything was sub par. $127.00 for dinner and that did not include drink. What a rip

I ate at the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse last night and it was really good. There is nothing better than a sizzling steak fresh off the grill. The steak was literally sizzling when it was served to me. No one can go wrong with this place and it's really romantic, perfect vday dinner.

Took my wife last night to the RC in Atlanta, we were not impressed. The food was OK, service was OK, but for the money we spent,there are much better choices than RC. This was my first visit and I will not return.

EXCELLENT STEAKS! I didn't believe it until I tasted it. Now it's one of my favorites in beverly hills.

I haven’t eaten at Ruth’s Chris Steak House yet, but hope to this Saturday. No, I’m not worried about Mad Cow disease. I personally have relatives in southern Illinois that raise cows, and none of them have ever been mad. The cows I mean, they’re all real friendly. Now my relatives are another story, as my Uncle Lee used to get real mad, so he may have had Mad People disease. But since he’s dead, and the rest of my kin are pretty far away, I think I’ll be ok.

We were truly disappointed by our experience which included -
- Seating 35 minutes after our reservation
- Being told that "their" Dress Code? prohibited men from wearing hats while waiting at the bar. (It was a Donegal Tweed walking cap - not a baseball cap)
- After dinner we were served a substitute version of Grand Marnier.
- Our bill included a $50.00 charge for a bottle wine which was served to another table. The correction took more than 20 minutes.
- Our compliant to both Corp. HQ and Christopher Bachman, G.M. Chicago, resulted in an form letter e-mail response from corporate and an unacceptable response from C. Bachman.

On Saturday March 19, 2005 my husband took me out to dine at Ruth's Chris and I must say WOW what an experience, the food was delicious, the atmosphere absolutly perfect and the service was second to none. First we were greeted before our reservation time and seated exactly on time (impressive). I will have no problem recommending Ruth's Chris to my friends and I will definately return myself. Thanks for the great night.

I had made my 3rd visit to the windy city last summer and had a meal of stuffed mushrooms and a steak. Delicious! The food was good and served by a very fine waitress named Courtney who I found to be very friendly and had a great deal of charm as well. I'm going back to visit Chicago maybe in December and will come dine again at Ruth's Thank you. Thanks, Courtney, and staff. Your place is a winner with me.
