We had a GREAT stay this past weekend! The staff was nice, we got a free breakfast, free parking, and it was so close to the bars that we could walk home evening in the freezing cold weather! There was always hot chocolate, which was amazing, and it was cheap for chicago. We would definitely go back

Front desk very rude and unhelpful as well for the rest of the staff. Very, very bad experience. Rooms aren't much better than service. Although good location, will make sure never to come back.

Girls From Indianapolis In We had a very negative experience while staying there on Sept 18,and 19 very dirty bathrooms and rooms, found dead bugs the tub had hair in it, in the halls the carpet is coming up everywhere and smelled of pee and trash. The front desk is very rude had to wait 1 hour to check in only one person working then they had our room wrong and we had that booked for a month. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone,

Room was on the small side, as well as the bathroom. However, the location could not be beat. Perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Could walk to most attractions. Corporate rate was unbeatable. Not sure if the size of the room would be worth the regular rate. Also, no pool was a disappointment esp. after a long day of shopping!!

We had a very negative experience. Front desk very rude and extremely unprofessional. No Parking anywhere, though the advertisement said there was one parking space per room. The hotel smelled very closed up and mildewy. The elavators malfunctioned twice. The windows did not open even from the top. The telephone lines did not work in our room. Overall a negative experience. We would not recommend this hotel!

for the money it's not bad. Walls arent very soundproof could hear people and doors slamming throughout the night. Very clean though, friendly staff. After 9:00PM all you can order to eat is pizza in the bar, but the restaurant across the street on the corner is excellent. Had dinner and breakfast there. The advantage to this place is everything is so close by, sears tower, boat tours, etc.. watch out for the panhandlers out on the streets at night though, some are very aggressive. Over all a good place to spend "one night"

Room was OK, heater didn't work. Someone in the parking crew had a little alcohol party in the car and used gas to keep themselves warm while they drank. Smell of alcohol obvious and and gas gage down. Attendent drove up with the windows down to try and air out the car.
