I've been with sharper fitness for a little over a year and just renewed my membership. The gym itself is great with all the equipment necessary for great results. What makes this gym amazing is the staff. They are very supportive and have helped me to stay motivated. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I have trained with John Turk at Sharper Fitness for about 6 months now.
I am seeing unbelievable results I have not witnessed with other trainers.
He is the best at taking his time, assesing my needs,(and progress.) plus, he is great at keeping me motivated.
I just wanted to thank him for all he has done for me, I never thought I would be in better shape when I turned 40 than I was when I was a teenager!
