GREAT HOTEL!!!! The beds are the best I've ever slept on... like a cloud! Soft but firm. Room Service was excellent, the staff very helpful. My room was on the 25th floor over looking the Chicago river and the loop. Could'nt ask for a better view. The location was also excellent...within walking distance to everything.
