Picture this, corner table on the street, holiday lights twinkling, 40 degrees and clear as people pass each other on the streets of Chicago with tomorrow's Thansgiving lists engaging neuro-transmitters throughout their stressed out, wool-cacooned bodies, and yet, my reality is sipping a delicious glass of Super Tuscan vino at the Bice Bistro on Delaware being lulled into relaxation by Andrea Bocelli and the anticipation of lobster risotto on the way. Kind service, classy setting, and that risotto? Creamy yet perfectly chewey, a hint of lemon to introduce the logostino, and that fresh-grated parm! Ah...bene....Happy Thanksgiving.

Great food - wonderful avocado and tomato salad and Norwegian smoked salmon pizza. Servings are large enough to split. Only downside is no choice of wines, just one house white and one red - and the red's not great. Strange, too, since this "grill" is connected to the full Bice restaurant which has a good wine list.
