I recently saw Inez Andrews perform on Celebration of Gospel, and of course she was awesome.Inez is a gorgeous woman even in her 70's. That's how God blesses his own. I am probably her #1 fan, I started listening to Inez Andrews when I was just a child and even now her music bring comfort to me during trying times.

What can I say about the unmistakeable voice of the "REMARKABLE" Inez Andrews. You can never know the impact you have had on Gospel Music. One of the highlights of my life was when you called me - imagine that, Inez Andrews called ME!!! - to let me know that you were in Los Angeles and invited me to your hotel room so you can sign all "19" of my Inez Andrews record collection. You were very warm and welcoming - the only thing that said celebrity was the name. You were as gracious as the lady next door. Then - Doris came by of the famed and now disbanded L.A. Gospel Jewels. A surreal 60 minutes in your presence. You also get bonus points because my mother's name is also Inez. In the words of Bob Hope. . . Thanks for the memories!

Ms. Andrews... I just want to say that I discovered your powerhouse voice when I purchased a tape by the Caravans nearly 6 years ago. thanks for your contributions to gospel. people cannot sing like that use to... there must have been something in the milk you all were drinking because folks just ain't got it no more. i hope that there is a Caravans reunion soon and i hope that your grand daughter has reached you... thanks and please know that you have fans EVERYWHERE! I am one... will there ever be a reunion or a new album from you? bless you...

Im Mariah Edingburg,im Inez Andrews granddaughter.I miss my grandma i havent seen my daddy in a long time.I posted this because i want My grandma to see it,im only 11.Some of you might not believe it,but its true.Inez Andrews is my grandma i wish to see her but i cant find her no where.i miss her so much :( grandma if u see this email me please i miss you.

My mother had Inez Andrews album "Lord Don't Move the Mountain" when I was a child. I made a cassette recording of the album while I was in college...that was a LONG time ago and I still have it. This woman's voice could move mountains. Rev. James Cleveland is my favorite gospel artist...however, Mama Inez runs a VERY close second. Truly this woman's voice is anointed... They just don't make gospel like they used to.
