Great place. Not many girls here. But the environment is superb. The people and place makes you feel so comfortable. If your feeling like you need a drink and want to have fun and feel relax this is the place for you.
Did I mention the bartenders are hotties that knows how to make a drink. Best drink's I've had in Chicago. Don't hesitate and fear the unknown. Be courageous and enjoy yourself, go check it out yourself.

It's mostly men so I wouldn't bother. If you want some hot chics, go to Star Gaze on Clark near Foster. I like Friday nights because they play salsa music.

Being a straight male, I had an absolute blast at Big Chicks. A gay friend of mine had been wanting to go dancing, and we hit up Big Chicks. We went on a Friday night, I believe. The atmosphere was great. The music was a lot of fun...a mix of top-40 hits from the 80's and 90's, and house style beats. Its a small place...half the place is a bar, with the other half a modest dance floor. It got pretty packed, but it really didn't bother me too much...we monopolized the small raised platform/stage thing on the dance floor... The crowd was pretty diverse in age, but everyone just seemed to be there for a good time. I would wholeheartedly recomment Big Chicks to anyone, straight or gay.
