Very Disappointed. Not with the food, with the service. Surprisingly, with the Manager. I tried to order a cake for my husband’s birthday. I asked the manager for her guidance and received a very glib assistance. She was very unhelpful with colors, themes and writing. Very little options were given. Then I tried to order 24 mini cupcakes to go along with the order and the manager told me that she could only do 36. When I asked to make an exception for 24 instead on 0, she was unwilling to accommodate me and borderline rude. After I hung up with her I quickly called back and cancelled my order. The fun and sweetness was taken out of the occasion. Especially when there are other bakeries that, in this economy, are willing to take your $200 order happily. And are just as yummy. It’s no surprise that the were NOT voted 2009 Best Cupcake/Bakery. But my husbands cake/cupcakes are coming from that one!!!

Hands down the best cake, cupcakes, pudding (their best kept secret!) and cookies you'll ever eat. It's a tragedy that I don't own stock in the place. Staff is beyond helpful. Atmosphere, while always busy, is easy-going and just as charming as the offerings. I would recommend SMB to anyone - and I do.

Sweet Mandy B's cupcakes are, quite literally, the best I've ever had. True, they are pricey, but I just remind myself that it's worth a couple of bucks for the best cupcakes in the world. I only wish SMB's were closer to my neck of the woods!

Where do I begin in describing this sweets heaven? After fighting my way in the narrow doorway (God..it was packed in there), I picked up some of the wonderful treats such as the Red Velvet Cupcake and Coconut Cream Pie and took them home to my family. Outstanding!!! Mmmmmmmmm!!!! I'll be back but not too often-just too much temptation!

Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had, and believe me I had tried them all. Mandy's continues to deliver on every dessert not just cupcakes. The cherry bread pudding is nothing short of amazing, and the cookies are to die for. I am a very picky sweet eater, I feel the calories better be more than worth it, and trust me at Sweet Mandy B's they are. Oh and the atmosphere is great.....so pastel perfect and peaceful. If you have never been there make the trip now and start with the vanilla cupcakes, you won't regret it

I finally went to SMB after having it a few times at parties. I instantly fell in love with the cupcakes, ordered a three layer yellow cake with chocolate frosting to go and we had cupcakes while were there. Love the cakes. What do i not like? No price list in full view, limited seating, no samples, prices are a little too high (6 bucks for three cupcakes? This is definitely a special occasion treat, ... I still like this place. But I do not understand why they do not have a website??????

The cupcakes are good, but not great, especially given the price. The frosting is better than from a grocery store bakery but about the same as you get in can. The only thing special about it is the color of the frosting. Even so, my sister really likes the cupcakes and I've picked them up for her. I've never found the staff friendly though and after the last time when I ordered 1/2 chocolate and got 1 cupcake of 30 that was actually chocolate, I'll never be back there.

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE I ORDER 30 CUPCAKES FOR MY 30TH B-DAY AND I HAD SORTED VARITIES AND EACH AND EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM WERE FANTASTIC. I CAN SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE AND IT IS SO CUTE I JUST LOVE IT

I was looking forward to trying the cupcakes after hearing all the fantastic reviews. After spending $25 on a dozen little cakes, I have to say that I am completely disapointed. The cake was average at best, and the frosting tasted exactly like the Duncan Hines can o'frosting variety. Puke. $25 wasted.

To whomever "PM" is... I don't know if you went to the same place... but you must try it again... I've never heard such rude, distastefult things said about this place. It sucks that you had such a bad experience, but go try it again...My cousin introduced me to it and the sugar cookies and cupcakes are TO DIE for! And the frosting is incredible.
