I tell myself it’s okay to listen to one band exclusively especially if that band is Plaid Penmanship. Their eclectic sound has proved to provide a fresh group of work, where the variety is unique in each piece. I caught the band in action at Martyr’s in August and left with the EP in hand and only the hardship of knowing not all the songs heard where on the CD. My advice to anyone is hear this band, see a show and for the band, keep producing and hit the recording studios again soon.
