Went there tonight. It was a good experience and would go there again. Not only do they provide olive oil to dip your bread in but they mix it with fresh roasted garlic and cheese, really good but avoid eating too much because the entrees are huge. We got toasted ravioli as an appetizer. It was decent but next time I would avoid an appetizer just because I would rather have the bread with garlic olive oil to dip it in and you have to leave room to finish your main course. I got linguine with mussels in garlic and olive oil. It was pretty good but I felt like there was too much garlic. Don't get me wrong, it was really good, there where tons of mussels but it was heavy on the garlic. She got the handmade half moon ravioli stuffed with chicken in a brandy tomato cream sauce and it was amazing. Definitely what I will order next time I go. Wasn't too expensive, we got an app, two entrees and two drinks and it was a little over $40.

I've been to Tuscany (the place in Italy) three times and you can never match the delicious food found in that region of Italy but for a neighborhood restaurant with a good atmosphere and good service, if you want Italian you can't miss with Tuscany (the restaurant).

I have been to this restaurant several times, and while the food isn't exceptional, it is very good. I did think the seafood pasta was overpriced as well, however, everything else was quite fairly priced, I thought.

One review said the service was slow on a Friday night at 7pm, but what else would you expect. Prime time, you are not going to get the same experience you would get off hours, or off days. It's unfortunate, I guess, but that is what I have found at any number of restaurants.

you can eat outside or in, and both were fine. But, outside is really fun, on a non Cub game day, especially.

I say, give it another shot, but either go with more people if you must go on Friday or Saturday night, or go on a weeknight.

I didn't think this resaurant's food or service was exceptional. We went at 7 pm on a Friday and our service was really really slow. The waitress dropped off the bread without taking a drink order so we had to order our drinks at the same time as our meals. I wasn't really impressed with the food; I thought the seafood pasta was very overpriced for the amount of seafood in it, and the chicken was tough. There are several other italian restaurants in the neighnborhood that are a lot better and have a nicer atmosphere.
