On the federal level, Holsten has given money to Schakowsky, Danny Davis and Gary Chico.Closer to home, he's tight with 46th Ward Alderman Helen Shiller and has also detanod to 13th District state Rep. Greg Harris.I'd be surprised if there weren't more, but I haven't looked terribly hard.

As a new notary sngiing agent how can I get companies to call. I cannot not put down how many sngiings I have done if I am just starting out. I have signed up with 50 or 60 and not one call. What can I do?

Can't answer the pietlas vs. yoga conundrum. But I will say that you're right to stay away from the workout videos if you don't like them. Basically, if you don't like something, don't do it. Lifting weights is an effective method of exercising because most people like doing it it just feels good to effectively overcome resistance. But if yoga or pietlas feel right for you, go for it. But stay away from sitting on your a$$ cuz that's a gateway to Evangelism.

Haha, the best time to go is anytime! I don't have a stiincefic answer but I like to go late afternoon. That way, it has cooled down and I don't feel so gross after the workout and I can come home and shower and call it a day. I get to use the rest of my energy for the day on the work out and I have all night to recover instead of feeling sore at work from a morning workout. Was this answer helpful?

They are getting new equipment which I'm happy for that , but they haven't fixed an abdominal bench for LONG time & btw the staff is very UNFRIENDLY. They should redesign Steam room as well -No pool Cardio classes no really good, they should get better teacher & the Studio lacks of good free weight and room Pros Easy to park Its very clean all the time New work out Machines

This gym is frustrating. They really put no effort into the upkeep of this place. The free weights are always out of order, and there are usually 2-4 people sitting up at the reception desk, playing on their smartphones or chatting. Benches in the locker rooms are broken and I've notified the staff 5 times over the last 5 weeks, and their not repaired! The screws are completely missing off of one support post - it's dangerous! The pads on most of the machines are all ripped, and the bathrooms just stink. What is the most frustrating is seeing all the staff just sit around and goof off. If someone supervised them, they could fix the machines, benches, and most importantly PUT THE FREE WEIGHTS BACK IN ORDER!

They are dirty rotten crooks!! I completed a three year membership. Went in with a letter in WRITING, after my September 3/09 last payment. I heard they were famous for continuing to take out monthly payments even after your membership is up and you choose to to renew. So I put a stop payment. Now 7 months later I got a letter from a collection agency for $388.00 on behalf of world gym. I cannot believe, my credit rating is getting screwed over by these monsters. I am so angry.
