Keith - did you know that the bands/tours all carry their own sound systems and the venue doesn't own a single piece of sound equipment? Get informed before you blab your mouth on these boards.

The sound system at this place sucks, it always has, and it's never been upgraded in it's history of name changes. It's what keeps me from going back to see great bands.

    Won't ever go back either!

I was at the Rock The Bells show on Saturday June 25th. Security was very light. It looked like there was one guard for each section. They were way too understaffed for the amount of people who were there. People were pushing and shoving and I witnessed several fights. It was total chaos and very dangerous. We wound up leaving early because we did not feel safe. I will never go back there again. People were just doing whatever they wanted. We paid for 3rd row seats but it didn't matter because everyone just sat wherever they wanted. They really should consider a management change or they will have some serious liability issues.

This is my last comment. All of you who tried to help our family Thank You so Much. But it is time for myself & family to have peace. I think my son would like to now that although we did fight to see what happened that night it's time to go forward. My son was a special person who always took in the underdog. I'm sure he would want me to carry on the same way. My son Dino JR. would want us to all Rock On. Thanks Again & God Bless Dean A. Perozzi Sr. I want our memories to be good ones. DEAN A. PEROZZI JR. ( LITTLE "D" ),What a great kid. Thanks

What can I say. If anyone has been watching or reading you must know that the Federal Courts gave Ed Vrdolyak probation instead of his plea bargin deal. How in the world does that happen. He pleaded guilty, was going to accept his 41 month sentence and a Federal Judge expressed that so many friends said what a great guy Ed Vrdolyak is and let him go. My Son Dean A. Perozzi Jr. is going to rest in peace one way or the other. I will now accept a book deal on all the crooks and liars that were involved in the death and the cover up when my son ..was killed at the Tweeter Center in 2002 that Ed & Pete Vrdolyak controlled. Dean A. Perozzi Sr.I would not do so before out of respect for my son.So all you horrible sheep who got in line to help these pigs get your attorneys ready to sue me and see if you can stop the truth this time. Dean A. Perozzi Sr.

I wish you all knew what was lost at this place. None of our lives will be the same. Dean Jr. died and still it seems it was just swept under the carpet after all theese years. It has been almost 7 years and it still feel like yesterday. not only was Deans life lost at this horrible place but, mine stopped too. Where is the responsibility?

Howard & EX-Employee. Please if Howard or Ex-Employee would contact me I would be happy to inform you how this rock house is run. I'm not suprised at all as to how you were treated by secuity or police. If you have been following my son & my story you would know how the Police Dept. and all involved in this facility operate. There motto is do what you are told are you will go to jail, loose your job and lie at every turn. They think in this town of Tinley Park that they are above the law. Please contact me at work if you wish Howard so we can go over your story. The Tinley Park Police, all the officials in town & the park Think They Are Above The Law. You know why. Because they can. Remember Everyone involved. Im Still Coming with anything I can Legally muster. The cop out List. I was brutally beaten by security when I attended the Jonas Brothers concert on sunday 9/24. I ran up to the barrier wall in front of the stage to get the attention of one of the stage workers after the Veronicas show was over. I just wanted to see if I could get a set list or a guitar pick as a souvenier. A security guy much larger than me jumped over the wall, put my arm behind my back and walked me out through a gate. Once I was out of the theatre, he just kept punching me in the face and head until I was knocked unconcious. I woke up in some grass next to a pond and told a cop in the parking lot what had happened. The police wont let me press charges because I was unable to show them a ticket proving that I was in the theatre. The security guy took it from me and put it in his pocket. I am sitting here typing this review with 2 black eyes, a broken nose, bruised cheek, and a puffy lip. I would never suggest that nobody ever see a concert at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. Their security has some serious anger issues.

i would not recommend going here. i went to the slipknot and for one, there was nothing being done about the drunk people standing and moshing in the aisle so the people who paid for seats in the first 15 rows couldn't see most of the stage. the guy behind us even went and complained and still nothing was done. finally they made a few people go back to their seats, but it lasted about 2 minutes. there was also a woman who kept flashing slipknot, i did not want to see this and the at least 2-3 employees within 15 feet of her of course did nothing. my overall experience was HORRIBLE. i will never go back to this theatre and will spread the word, that if you want to see the concert do not bother trying to sit up front.

Thank You again ex-employee for your for your honest response. This is what we figured from the start when our lawyers Ed & Pete Vrdolyak started to brush us off when we asked all these questions. Just in case they shut off this site you or anybody else can contact me at 708-754-7510 at A&G Chemical Supply 712 S. Halsted st. Chicago Heights,Ill. 60411.Did you know at the time the Mayor owned the ambulance Co. Ed & Petes Vrdolyak buddies owned the Tweeter Center. The Builders were there main clients Mr. Gierczyk & Co. They must of forgot to inform us of that situation. I'm Not quite sure how were going to pull this off yet but do not be nervous in contacting me at our family business if they shut this site down. I have a few friends in the media who would love to take on Clear Channel & all those big time acts & MTV who sat by and let this happen. My man Lenny Kravitz was the only person who contacted us and he wasn't even there that night. God bless you Lenny, Thanks for the Card & CD. My son took it with him to the big Rock Sky. By the way it was Dean jr's sixth anniv. yesterday. Thank You Everyone for all the help. Were going to go after them now. Rock On. Dean A. Perozzi Sr.
