we were visiting Chicago from the UK last week heard some fantastic blues music at both the Blue Chicago's and Buddy Guy's Legends. We loved Patricia Scott and the the J W Williams band at the smaller Blue Chicago, she has a fantastic voice and presence,also the japanese guitarist was brilliant and the rest of the band were awesome, can't wait to visit Chicago again.

Had the privilege of hearing Big Time Sarah and the band last Friday night with a friend of mine from Southern California. We were both blown away by the fantastic music and atmosphere. A must visit for anyone who loves the blues. Also two thumbs up to our waitress Erica, she was great!

WOW! What a great experience! We had such a wonderful time at your club. We attended last Saturday evening with Gloria and the band signing the blues. It was Trisha's birthday in our group and they sang several speical numbers just for her. We had a blast! Thank you for a family fun filled evening in a smoke free enviroment. We will be back! This is now our favorite Chicago spot!

First time to Blue Chicago and was in the 'blues zone' for entire nite. Small place so get there early for a seat. Incredible performance by Patrica Scott! Her R&B rendition of "Chain of Fools" was truely spectacular! Lorenzo is a cup cake, but I wouldn't risk crossing him either.

Outstanding is the only word for those seeking unadultrated blues, Chicago style. Small dance floor at the 736 N. Clark location allows for those really enjoying the music to get down. Friendly atmosphere, safe location and nice staff. Reasonable cover and reasonable cocktail (for Chicago).
