i hate hate hate this place! fat bouncer kicks everyone out..didnt let my boyfriend in who was dressed up and with a tie. said he's from the hood himself and knows who's hood. they are stereotypes!!!! snobby and rude...and i hate the lady security...she's a real bit**!!!

Zentra is horrible! The staff is extremely RUDE! The birthday package i was supposed to have sucked. I was supposed to get free drinks until 1 am my guest were there by 10:30 i didn't get my wrist band until after 12 a.m. after askin CONTINUOUSLY! On top of that i didn't get my booth until 11:30 with no CHAMPAGNE (when they promised FREE champagne!) they completely ignored anything i asked for or asked about. To top it off I went to get stamped but the bouncer wasn't there i informed them i needed a stamp they said it'll be fine.... long story short i wasn't allowed back in when i was barely 7 feet away from the door.... and they refused to give me back my id and credit card when i had an open tab.... that i only bought one drink on and they charged 25 dollars for that drink! over all.... they suck! I'd never go there again, let alone throw a birthday there!

Me and my bud went with 4 female friends for a b-day party. The door claimed they did not have the RSVP. Us guys had to pay $20 cover, but the girls that WE brought got in free. What is up with that? To top it off, the music was aweful and the place was like an oven. Never going back.

I hate this club!!!The staff is rude and the crowd is lame!!! I rather go to Sangria and drink watery drinks than chill there.

Too many weirdos and weird shit happening. The door needss to have better discretion. Plus the place just looks and feels TOO dirty. If you're on WEED ST. You have a lot better options on the same street. Big SHOUT OUT THE THE LADY SELLING HOT DOGS down the street.

Whatever!! Reservations mean nothing and the staff is VERY rude. I have been going to different places in Chiacgo for a long time and this has to be the worse time yet. The web page is not really how it is. I advise you take your business else where.

Hello, I had visited Zentra Nightclub and recieved the worst guest treatment i have ever at any venue. I would apreciate your time to look over the treatment i recieved and witnessed other on that night. After posting an RSVP on there website to be on the guest list my name was not on the list of paper the door man was holding. Not only myself but I also witnessed several other people have the same problem in front of me. I was told that we would have to pay full price to get in regardless of my reservation and would not refund the $35 even if i brung them a copy of the email validating my reservation. I am not from Chicago and had driven there for the show to see one of the preformers from St Louis. I do club promotions as well as DJ here in St Louis for years and understand how clubs generally operate. Regardless of the RSVP I payed full price for entry after being assured that the performers I had came to see was going to be present. I later found out that this performer was not present at the show after spending over $30 for 4 drinks. The club Manager was not aware the performer was not present when i brung this to there attention. I had requested my money back as reasonably and calmly as I could. My request was not granted and I was grabed by my neck and pushed out of the club shortly there after.This place SUCKS!!!!

Great Place, Really Fun; I went there last weekend for my friends birthday party. Although we waited in like for like 10 minutes, it was awesome inside and I would totally recommend getting a package deal. We had no problems.
