What are you talking about, AWEFUL SERVICE??? WHAT???? No way!! The first time I walked into Pizza Mero, I felt this cozy at home neighborhood feeling. The chef was right there in front of me and was friendly as ever. Not only do they use fresh ingredients, but the chef has a passion about him and what he is doing, that makes it all the more warm and fuzzy. IT was GREAT service for me. And the food is EXCELLENT! I will go there, again and again!! This place is definitely in my top 5 list of favorite pizza joints in Chi-Town!! No qustions asked. Don't DIS my peeps at PM!!

AWFUL service (Wicker Park), very good pizza. Delivery takes forever and don't dare to call to check the status even 20 minutes after schedule. Often hung up on or phone just left on hold. Obviously, the pizza is good enough for me to come back. Trying Ashland location tonight - already treated better over phone.

The worst employees hands down. I've actually been yelled at by their waiters. Also, they really just aren't that bright. I once ordered a large and they gave me half a pizza because they didn't think I could eat a large. I wanted leftovers but I guess they made their own decision for me. Good pizza though, I'm not gonna lie.

LOVE Pizza Metro...My FAVORITE pizza in the city!! The service isn't the best on the planet, and the guys working there sometimes make me feel uncomfortable, so I usually try to carry out.

Loved this place....last year. Loved the Penne Arabiata....last year. Loved the half pizzas when they weren' soggy. The guys at this place are such hipsters they could not care less about service.

Probably the best pizza in chicago. the grilled veggies are great n so is the potato rosemary. But the service is really rude. The pizza delivery man on 3 occasions was incredibly rude even when tipped nicely. Same so in the restaurent where those guys treat you like dirt. especially true for the division location

The pizza here is great. I had two slices, one vegetable (with zucchini) and one cheese. It was fresh, well-made, and the crust was excellent. If you are looking to stuff yourself for five dollars, this isn't the place. But discerning pizza eaters should be plenty satisfied.
