My experience in Benihana was horible. The services was bad, the staff speeks little English, the plates were oily and to top it all off a big cacaroch climbed on top of the table. Would not recomend to anyone.

Here is a short review of my visit at Benihana Lombard
Both indoor & outdoor decorated as traditional Japanese style.
The food quality is excellent (referred to filet migon & scallop I've order, but shrimp appertizer was not fresh)
Service is OK.
Bathrooms are clean.
Chefs have master skills of cooking and entertainment (I had an Asian Chef cooked for me. although he doesn't speak much English, he performed a fabulous cooking show!)
Never charge Tips for any size of your party (I dined with 7 guests. Usually restaurant will included tips for 5 or more people)
The biggest dissapointment is: I saw corcoaches everywhere, climbling on the wall, around the "Tappan" table, and even bathroom....)
