This place is horrible. There was probably 1 bouncer for every 5 customers and the bouncers are ignorant, muscle-heads. I felt like I was at an 8th grade dance because every 10 feet, there was a hard-faced bouncer peering over the entire place. I was with 20 of my close friends and none of us were able to have a good time. I was there on a saturday night; they had a wrist band special until 1am ($35! horrible deal). At 12:57 the bar tender refused to give me one last drink so I was kinda hassling him, a bouncer came up to me a said (quote) "If I see you f**kin hasslin the f**kin bartender again I'm gonna smash your f**kin face into this f**kin bar!" I was polite with him, saying I dont think I would like that but that I was not wrong in being upset. He proceeded to say "f**k" alot more and threatening me. I just looked him in the eye until he walked away. Keep in mind I was not drunk at all! Oh and they only had 4 different beers! and very small, weak mixed drinks. The crowd is 30+ and scummy looking. With the amount of well-run bars/clubs in chicago, there is absolutely no reason anyone should ever go to club Buzz.

I say everyone ought to visit once... but no more than that. The music is what it is (i.e. no better, no worse than that in most clubs), the place is small.

i went to buzz for the 1rst on 1-09-08 on a wednesday and i must say i will be faithfully back every wednesday the enviroment is ver catchy the waitresses i met there were besides beautiful polite and sweet and that night the night i went there i met the most beautiful club dancer and trust me there not like these other stuck up girls they actually if u aproach them with respect and decency take time out to even talk to u and have a drink it was awesome! while i was there i found a few friends i guess buzz is really buzzing around!!!

Horrible place. Music is ok, but overall the place is just not worth a planned night. Dance floor is not very big

It’s a big waste of time when you come across their disrespectful bouncers. They have no sense of common courtesy. People who are anti-social shouldn’t get those positions in the first place... I find it absurd that one of them demanded to see my cell phone – which is of my own personal use… and if so he wanted to prove a point he could have said please in his sentence, but… he didn’t – so if you want respect – give respect to those who pay your wages, because I’m sorry but with business like that, their won’t be one later down the line, word of mouth is a form of advertisement and this club is seriously getting a big time bad review not for their music nor the environment but because of the lack of professionalism they have in the front door…

Went on a Saturday night and enjoyed it. To me, Buzz feels more like a bar than a nightclub. There's not much lighting in the place, so seems quite dark in there- hard to see anybody. Played House music the entire time. The bartenders, I thought, were excellent. Lots of very attractive people there!

I LOVE this club. I have a blast every time I go. The Music is cool and the trick is to have a party there. On saturdays it gets pretty crouded, but not too crowded. This bar is great. I give it a 5 out of 5, has not disappointed me yet.
