thier where hot chick here, the muice was not for me, to much dance and not enought juke.. This place i defently have to say is a white man heaven bc every hispic was left on the side line.. If your a man of color, not white, i subjest u dont go here, u well be let down,,, and anyway they might be hot white chick but they didnt have the great out going attude of are latina :)

I went to Energy for the first time on 4/9/09. It was the 2009 Easter Jam, and the place was crazy. There was tons and tons of people there with many hot chicks. Everyone was throwing lights for the people on ecstasy (which was probably +50% of the people) and it was awesome! The music is hot and DJ Markski tore it up. Security was good and checked everyone. Overall great club will go again.

techno and trance music is very good at energy unfortunately its the only good thing. the male to female ratio is horrible they have to do something about it like give free admission to girls its pathetic...dont be fooled by the website pictures its just the girls that work there dancing on the stage

Def a club for techno fans. If you like trance thats heavy on the bass, you will love this club. Djs are usually pretty good. Girls dont like to wear too much clothing either. Get ready for light shows :D

Some of you who are saying that this club sucks have to keep in mind that it's a THURSDAY night and during the school year, it's not going to be super-packed like if it was open on a Friday or Saturday. I went on a Thursday night in March right before Good Friday and the girls in there were ALL INSANELY HOT. The music was banging and the atmosphere just rocked. I've been to clubs even on Fiday and Saturday nights and have had the ill fortune of the guys outnumbering the girls. Hey, it happens. But I still like this club and go very regularly. In the summer you can expect the place to be packed more often.

Don't be fooled by the Energy Thurs. Nite Dance Club it is by far the worst club in America. When I first got there a young man was standing outside bleeding from his head. The staff and security have the worst professional skills: they are rude, have attitudes and are in no way helpful at all. One particular security officer was literally trying to start a fight with one of my friends because she wasn't allowed to bring in her camera. I honestly believe that the people (security,staff and club goers) were on ecstacy or crack! If you are looking to have a good time save your money and go somewhere else. The folks are insane and all that damn foam gets old after awhile. I feel sorry for the people and would be embarrased to say I was employed there.

I was extremly disappointed with this club. I was visiting Chicago for only a couple of days and this is what I will remember the nightlife consisting of. All the employees were rude, the actual club was disgusting, 4 police cars were out front, 2 ambulances, and a firetruck. First off, the Web site has their own address wrong and the claim the price is $12 but charged $15. Plus, there were 12-year-olds there! I wouldn't waste my money or my time.

i've heard about energy... my european friends told me its awesome..but not for a hispanic guy..because some girls wont dance with one...not that i'm ugly..I'm 6 ft tall , dark, and handsome.Hopefully my friends are wrong. I'm going to energy this thrusday..after spendin some hours with the family due to thanksgiving. See ya there!
