I placed an order that didn't arrive until 2 hours later. WRONG asked to be corrected and was told that was not possible and only a prtial refund would be consider. The fish was not fresh and the presentation was horrible. dont waste your time

The food is great, but the menu is misleading. The waitresses are mean and rude. My girlfriend and I went there for the buffet. The menu said, "$8.99 for all you can eat." I ordered too much and couldn't finish it. The waitress said that they would charge me for the food that I didn't eat, using the usual non-buffet prices. My total was about $65. She said that all Asian buffets are charged that way. I said, "If you get a buffet from Home Country Buffet or the Sizzler, and you can't finish all of your food, they don't charge more for the food, on your plate. Why are Asian restaurants different?" She couldn't or wouldn't answer my question. I emailed the Better Business Bureau and asked them that question. I didn't receive an answer.

This resturant is a great place for both lunch or dinner. For those who love Thai dishes, you have to try their three flavor chicken or basil chicken, and for those who love Japanese food, my favorite makis are the tempura sweet potato maki and the philly maki. But of course there are way too many good dishes to recommend so you must go try it for yourselves. Another great thing about Noodle Zone is their sushi buffet. I love sushi, and Noodle Zone has made me come to love it even more! I've been a customer at this resturant ever since I moved into this neighborhood, and i'm planning on trying everything on their menu. I've gained so much weight when I was younger eating fast-food, so after finding a resturant, like noodle zone, with healthy dishes that satisfies my taste bud, i'm for sure going to stick with it. This place is cheap, quick, and friendly which always makes me happy.

I'm from Indiana and a friend and I discovered the Noodle Zone after leaving a Cubs game last year. The service was friendly, courteous and prompt. But the meal (especially the pepper steak) is awesome! Needless to say we will make this a regular stop after future visits to Wrigley.

Noodle Zone has been getting worse and worse over the last few years - it has gone from a place I hosted birthday parties at now to a place that I am not sure I am going to visit again. The service is awful, and they simply don't care about rectifying their screw ups. It's sad to say goodbye to what was one of my favorite restaurants, but I think that's what I'm going to have to do.

My wife and I found the Noodle Zone while wandering the city. What a find! We now have a new favorite resturant. My wife had the pepper steak and I had the drunken noodles. Our only problem was deciding which we liked better. The service was fast and professional. Don't miss this place.

POOR ATTITUDE!!! They told me they were too busy to rectify a screw up that they made on my order. Sushi is low rate. Chen's is a better place to go.

Had carryout for the first time and this was absolutely the worst asian food we have ever had. Pepper steak was tasteless (beef looked like it had been boiled) and the tangy noodles were neither tangy nor anything but soggy. The peanut sauce was loaded on and it was just a dish of slime. The best thing about the carryout was the very nice deliveryman.

This is the best Thai restaurant in the city with the best prices!
Service is always fast and friendly and the food is awesome!
We recently moved to WI and always go to Noodle Zone when we are in the city!

This is one of my FAVORITE Thai restaurants in the city!! They ROCK!! They have the BEST Pad Siew...well, it's ALL great!!! The staff is awesome, very nice, very friendly. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Their delivery service is great too. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's AWESOME!
