Great food...especially the wings! They have AMAZING bloody marys and quite the weekend following for them. Stopped in last week and saw they just revamped the entire outdoor patio...very nice. Staff is attentive (and yes attractive). Jason, Matt and Karl have done a great job with the place. I'll be back.

This is a good post game stop if you have been at Wrigley . It is more laid back than some venue's .The food was a good value and the server knew the area well . We will be sure to stop back .

I love Mullens. My family of 5 always goes to Mullens before and after games. The food is wonderful, the service terrific. It has never been a rowdy-out of control drunken place, which is why I bring my family in time after time. Matt is the best and so is the food!

Just like the one girl said...Lotsa improv comics from IO. Although I'm sure it has it's share of frat dudes as well, but if you're funny and looking to hook up with funny...get drunk and funny at Mullen's and fuck bar reviewers anyway!

The atmosphere is friendly, not pretentious nor full of the "fratboy" types. Service is well intentioned and somewhat prompt, drink specials are a plus. Foosball is the real deal tornado table (well lit and well kept) for those in the know. overall a great place to play foos with some good friendly competition and cheap drinks on friday nights.

Aimee Hall obviously walked into Mullen's, spent 5 minutes disliking it, and left while pulling the "frat boy" card. Unlike most Wrigleyville bars, Mullen's has far fewer of what she describes, and is mostly a hangout for improv comics from the IO Chicago Theater. The crowd is a nice mix, the staff friendly, and Aimee Hall should reevaluate her life and poor writing.

this bar is awesome...all the people that work here are so friendly, fun, and helpful. Yes, this is a great place to go during the Cubs season, but even during the offseason, i don't think i know of a better neighborhood bar. The food is AWESOME-(seriously, this is bar food revamped), the drinks are strong, and did i mention the dartboards and foosball table? if you're looking for a good place to hang out and nice daily food and drink specials, this is the place to go!
