I would advise you to be careful when working with this studio. They over billed me for my visits. It might be best to find a more ethical place to work out at.

Harmony provides a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere with very experienced instructors. Their classes are so much more beneficial than a crowded gym class, not to mention they have all of the Pilates equipment. I also tried Gyrotonic and loved it!
