I was invited to Ontourage by a friend & on 7/13 went there & valet parked my 2007 vette!! I handed my proximity sensor key fob to the valet manager Ciro along with my $$ and then went in the club for about 1 1/2 hours. When the valet pulled my vette up my radar detector was missing from my windshield (they did leave 1 suction cup) the car was not broke into (no damage,broken window,cut top) so the only way it could of happened was a INSIDE job!! I filed a police report at the scene & have had a few conversations with Manuel Feliciano Claims dept for Valet Parking Service Inc. in wich he tells me thay are not responible because the have a disclaimer on the valet ticket! So the disclaimer gives them & their employees the right to PILFER & STEAL any items left in your car if you decide to valet with them without fear of recourse or responibility!!!! The owners of Onterouge are not responible directly ....BUT they do have a choice of what company they use for their VALET service!!!!! Warning!!! Do not valet your car at any Chicago establishment that uses VALET PARKING SERVICE INC!!!!! "DownTown" Kenny Brown

Ontourage is so fun. I have the best time there every Saturday night. The music is awesome. Dan Morrell plays the best mixes. If you register on the mixmaster throwdown website, you don't have to pay cover. Friendly staff, good service, and great music. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time!

Wow… SO MANY negative comments written here, it seems the only positive reviews posted are the management and staff. I have a big group of friends that are party animals, I never been to the club yet, but I'm all about GOOD customer service, so I guess... I will never come try it out, + I can't dances to techno music all night! To the MANAGEMENT appreciate the customers, they're the reason you still have your JOB, didn't you learn in Buiseness School that the customers are always rite???

This place rocks!! Upstairs they have an awesome lounge area and downstairs there is a dance area with top quality DJs. They hold sweet events on Saturdays and the scene is what would expect from a hot Chicago Nightclub.

I ve been here a few times on a Saturday. You get good service from Mike Surca the manager, this place has awful music. The dance floor on the first floor is always abandodned. Nobody dances to techo music except for the girls thats being paid. If you ask the Dj to play something else he will ignore you. He does nt seem to care that nobody dances to his music. It's too expensive to get in for an empty dance floor. The 2nd floor is okay. The first floor DJ needs to realize 2 things 1.) this aint Europe 2.) this aint a gay club

this place is off the chain. fly honey's all over the place. especially the one snow bunny behind the bar.. Claire, you know your my girl. music is pretty tight and the staff is cool. i'm patron for life, or at least till claire stops working there.

im a club go-er. i usually like going 2 good clubs where they have $40 two hour drinks or reserved vip or something that will catch my attetion so what i wanna know what kind of special attetion i can receive as in offers to convience me and my friends to go. thank you :)

Ontourage's venue has a great dance floor, good music, good staff and over all Ontourage is one of the best clubs i've ever been too!! This website is fraud according to me in the experience I had. Ladies do have a cover at the door, per Frank at the door that has no customer service skills, I asked him to check this website which states there is no charge for women on thrusdays, Frank says he already checks it everyday and it does not say that. WHATEVER! told all my friends and we will not go there anymore, I feel the customer service is poor and they do no appreciate the customers at all.
