Played here this fall. The course looks nice but is not worth the fee to drive up there from Chicago. The entire staff seems to think they are the golf police and seem to go out of their way to not smile. Our group had handicaps around 13 and they were telling us to "move it along" when we were going with the pace. I would NEVER go back there, EVER.

Course is in nice shape. Good to play fast. I like how the keep it moving. I like the challenge and the terrain. Golf is meant to be played in 3.5 hrs. Somebody has to enforce it or these guys will sit out there and chunk shots into the water and make their 10 every hole. Good for Thunderhawk

Course was in great shape and was a great day for golf. We played in 4h 10 minutes and were still rushed by ranger. For the money you pay you should be able to enjoy and still keep a good pace. Did not like the service at all. They should have phone on 9th tee to order food for turn. They could be alot friendlier.

I enjoyed the challenging play afforded me by the back-9, however when the birds started barking at me, my shoes filled with water. So I hid under the desk...I'm going back to Worchester!

What a great track, and for only $25. While that was after 5pm, I still managed to get in 15holes. Most places will charge you much more for a slower pace. Certainly worth the trip and price at any time.

I found it to be very challenging course full of interesting elevation changes and magnificent scenery. The course was tough but fair and play was move along nicely by a ranger w/ suprisingly muscular legs for an older gentleman.

Great course layout. Played 10/19 for $49. Very challenging from the tips, but fair. Greens had been treated for the season, but were still cut short for good speed. Pace of play was slow 5 hrs on a Sunday. I look forward to a return there next season.

Frankly, the course was great. However, if I'm going to pay 100 bucks for an afternoon's worth of enjoyment, having a angry old man, by the name of Mike, basically yell at our group before leaving the first tee. Later on, "Starter Mike" reprimanded us for slow play (we waited for every shot) because we had stopped to get food from the cart girl.
Sorry, but I am not going to pay that kind of cash only to be treated like crap by the staff.
