    Wondering what happened with my problem? The answer is NOTHING. I e-mailed Kelly 5 times and NO RESPONSE.

    Instead of dealing with their so called "customer service" just file a complaint with BBB. IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME!!!

    Xsport should just get rid of their customer service department and save the cost.

Incidently, in or out of my office, I check my voice mail every 2 hours and all calls are returned, so please, at the very least, leave your info and let me see what I can do.     I have tried calling you multiple times but I always get your voice mail. I rather not talk to a voice mail.

    I was wondering what can you do for me anyways? Are you going to refund me the difference for 6 years I have paid extra for?

    Why don't you post up the suggestions you have for me. I am tired of calling a number only to get a voice mail.

    Been going here since 2003 and I have to say, XSport DOES NOT CARE. After finding out people are paying cheaper membership fees than I am. I went to XSport on Niles and I talked to a man named Sheldon to ask if I can lower my rate. He said no and that I signed a contract and he CANNOT change it. I said to him "come on I've been coming here since 2003," and he said "I DOES NOT CARE."

    If XSport DOES NOT CARE for loyal customers then forget XSport.

    I find it retarded that XSport has good standing with the Better Business Bureau and in 2008 was nominated for the Better Business Bureau ethics award.

    I THINK EVERYONE THAT COMPLAINS SHOULD CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TELL THEM HOW XSPORT IS TAKING THEIR MONEY, RUDE, GREEDY, UNETHICAL, AND ANY OTHER PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH THEM.

    To whomsoever it may concern: when u give Xsport a credit card number, and if u dont like their service, call u r credit card company and cancel it! then these asses cannot charge u! i tried faxing in my letter, but Xsport wont even provide a fax number, how lame is that?! bunch of disgusting crooks

    Follow up to my 1/6/09 post. I finally did manage to get confirmation that my membership got cancelled, only after sending another letter and certifying it this time. I called in and the cust service rep I spoke to confirmed that they received my request to cancel my gym and tanning membership a couple weeks back. I just opened up my credit card statement online and guess what? I got another charge from Xsport Fitness dated 2 days ago!

    Bunch of crooks. Stay away.
