    I moved out of state cause I lost my job. I was tols to send a letter of cancellation. Did so. Xsport is still charging my card every month. I am seriously considering contacting my lawyer and suing them. I was under month to month, not yearly. This place is a fraud

    Steven Solomon, in response to your statement. Just because YOU took it upon yourself to email the cancellation rather then to follow the instructions on the contract YOU signed, doesn't make it X-Sport's fault that your membership wasn't cancelled. In case you are wondering if I'm an employee of X-Sport - I'm not. Been a member for over 3 years.

    Scam, already contacted the BBB on them. I plan to go to court if they do not make ammends. Tried their "trail" offer and they charged me $175 for emailing them rather than sending them a mailed cancelation letter. Worst fitness place I have ever been to also. Besides that to try their offer you need to fulfill a bunch of requirements. Oh...did I mention they also lie a lot.

    Thank you Kelly Cartwright! I too had an unfortunate expierence with Xsport services, BUT when I came across this site and emailed Kelly explaining why I was upset, she responded quickly, and resolved my situation. I can freely say that I was just a very unhappy consumer, and she was accomodating, quick, professional, and polite. I urge anyone who has a concern to contact her for resolution. Thank you again to Kelly, you have changed my opinion of Xsport.

    Attn: Kelly Cartwright...Ok so I have been not able to personal train for the past two weeks or work out because there is a hold on my account from back in Feb claiming that I didn't pay $200 which clearly is not the case because you guys managed to continue to bill me for services under the same credit card. I contancted Chase my CC company and they stated that there is no discrapency on their part, we proceeded to contact the Chicago Ridge gym and spoke to their manager there which didn't respond back to me and we sent a letter of notification to corporate via fax stating that all billing is up to date and there are no ligitimate diputes. So if this continues on and my money continues to be wasted I will have to cancel my membership and personal training all together and report this to the BBB! I have already lost over two weeks of training and usage of the gym! Which I expect compensation for as well as removal of this hold on my account. This will not be good to the company since I am a loyal customer and I renew my PT all of the time. Thank you,

    Kelly, Hate to tell you this but... in reality this forum is for talking about Xsport. You write{below} it is for solving Xsport problems. But it is NOT for that!!! Why do you as the business woman you think you really are, find a correct place from your company to correct the customer problems. Or better yet, correct the problems soon as the company here's about them and than no one would have anything to write about.You might want to start by correcting the management.
