At first glance, Gaslight seems like another one of those corner bars that come and go around Lincoln Park but get inside and have a couple beers at the bar. Bartenders were very attentive and never let an empty glass hang out there for long. Get a table next and check out the menu. There's a nice variation that ranges from Bar Food and sandwiches to actual meals like Lamb Chops. Service was very good and I would be remiss if I didn't mention, this is one of the few places in the city to serve tater tots. Nice flatscreen TV's guarantee you won't miss any action on whatever game is on. My only complaint is the seating is a little cozy. Almost felt like our table was sharing conversations with the tables surrounding us. Don't let that dissaude you though, this is definitely a Bar to check out.
