As a former employee in Communications and Marketing, I found it to be one of the most racially divided and insensitvie employer and school and ingreat need of sensitivity training. It is one of the mysteries of the South side of Chicago. No one really knows what goes on there and they get away with practices that should be reviewed and brought up to date post Civil Rights.
