My wife ordered an Italian beef sandwich with mozzarella, which came with fries. It was incredibly expensive as it cost almost $9.00 with tax and no drink included (although we got no receipt), was only about 5 inches long, dry, and the cheese was barely melted. Big complaint was that there was some sort of pink mystery meat mixed in, looked like raw Italian sausage. It was definitely a very different meat than the grey-ish (not browned) Italian beef on the rest of the sandwich. Since she did NOT order a combo nor was too sure about eating the mystery meat, she immediately returned it to the store as we had only left 2 minutes before. The employee that was on duty told my wife that she got exactly what she ordered, which was inaccurate. When my wife disagreed, the employee told her (with a BIG attitude) to stop lying and be happy that she had something to eat, not like starving kids overseas. The employee also said that she couldn't believe what people would do for a few free fries, although my wife hadn't even take a single bit of anything before she noticed the strangely pink meat. The employee ultimately refused to refund the money (stating we didn't have a receipt for proof although we just bought it from the same person not 5 minutes before), although nothing was eaten and warned us never to come back again. Everyone should avoid this establishment like the plague.

I have passed by principe's every day on my way to work for the last 2 years. Well, I finally stopped in last Friday and was pleasently surprized. The decor was filled with old family pictures which gave it a great sense of history. The staff was exceptonally welcoming and gave great suggestions. I ordered a large sausage pizza and must say the sauce was mouth watering and the sausage was seasoned perfectly! My taste buds was dancing with delight! I have since tried their beef sandwich and was blown away once again. I would highly recommend Principes...it is truly a hidden gem!!

I was pleasently surprised! The food was great and I recieved service with a smile. I got the Gnocchi w/ vodka sauce and it was great. I also tried my husbands baked mostacholi w/ meat suace and that was some of the best I have had. Prices were reasonable and decor was very cute complete with artist murals on the wall. We will be back!

I just had my 45th birthday here. There was 12 of us and we all had a great time. We ordered pizza and it was great, one of the best I have had in a long time. I really tased home-made. The staff was great, mostly family. They really cared about our needs. They also let us bring in a birthday cake. It was my first time here and will go back again and again.
