Have you ever thought about andidg a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. However just imagine if you added some great photos or videos to give your posts more, pop ! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this website could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Fantastic blog!

I really enjoy its familial atmosphere, knowledgable yet down to earth and friendly instructors, and convenient location to nice restaurants and other downtown attractions (I drive in from the suburbs, so location is important to me). CRN Pilates' status as a teaching studio ensures that my instructors are always up on the most innovative teaching techniques and hottest fitness trends (Cardio Pilates, BOSU training, Foam Roller classes, etc). I am a fitness instructor, so when I train on my own time I want it to benefit me professionally as well as personally. This studio goes above and beyond in both areas. I always leave sessions feeling amazing, and with several new ideas to share with my own students.

I used to train at this studio when I lived in Chicago. The instructors are knowlegable, great and everyone is friendly.
I highly recommend this studio.

Bright airy studio. Everyone is friendly. The owner, Katy Lush, is most helpful in customizing a workout to fit the individual needs of the client. Highly recommend!

Great pilates studio. Everyone that works at this studio is so friendly and really good at working with individuals on personal goals - I highly recommend this studio.
