The place is an eyesore for those of us who live here all year long. It has yet to open it's doors for summer and it is mid June. I ate there once...overpriced and the ice cream was Edy's. I'll just go to Jewel for that, thank you. We need a good ice cream place in Roscoe Village that is open most of the year instead of a dirty vacant property.

The best Italian ice I've had in Chicago in years--a perfect blend of tart and sweet with a couple of small pieces of lemon rind. Great selection of ice creams, too.
