Words can't describe what happens in that hot room! Do it once, and you will have an incredible experience, do it regularly and your life will be transformed. One great thing about it is that you can participate whether you are a beginner or a Joffrey Dancer. The heat makes you feel warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. Highly, highly recommended.

fantasic. take advantage of intro offer of $30 unlimited for 1st month. after that, it gets so expensive. $15/session. but there are packages. stretching, breathing, relaxing and a great workout.
